We ship worldwide and only use the best  global couriers to ship our products.  Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process.

For items in stock, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days at most for an international delivery, from the first business date after the confirmation of the order.

For pre-orders, the date is always specified on the product page.

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days depending on your location.

When your order will be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you’ll be able to track your package.


Shipping costs

We offer free shipping to orders over 700€


You have the option to return any products ordered on website for an exchange request within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

After such 14 days, the sale is final.

In such case, please send us an email at before sending the item back to us, in order to receive a printable return form to put on your parcel.

All items should be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the original tags attached, without having been used or carried and they must be accompanied by the receipt. No return will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer.

The cost associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer except for non-compliant products (products sent by error or defective, etc.).


In case of exchange:

  • If the amount of the product chosen to replace  is greater than the amount of the product returned, you must pay the difference of price.
  • If the amount of the product chosen to replace is less than the amount of the product returned, the difference of price will be refunded by us.


In case of refund request, you can return any products ordered on website within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery and ask for refund but the delivery costs will not be refund.

The refund is made within fifteen (15) business days after receiving the returned product, subject to its excellent condition, by crediting your credit card of the amount of the returned products (except the cost of shipping as well as any custom duties & taxes for countries outside of the European Union).

You should allow a further 7 days period for your bank to clear funds on your account.
